Project overview
MCM are restoring the delaminated concrete render across all treads and risers of the staircase for the safety of pedestrians while also improving its structural integrity. As part of these works, a new protective coatings system will also be applied to the handrails.
The staircase will be closed for the duration of works to ensure the steps can sufficiently cure.
Please use either detour route identified below.
We will work to minimise community impacts during this time, however there will be minor machinery noise during the works.
